We were delighted to be approved for funding by StreetGames to deliver our first HAF camp of 2026. Over the course of 4 days, children aged between 6 and 14 will be taught the fundamentals of boxing. Other enrichment activities will include Football, Cricket, Basketball, Dodgeball, Tug of war, Skipping, Reaction Games, and quizzes. The children will also get to use professional gym equipment including an assault exercise bike, and air rower.

Each Thursday the Deelands Community Garden will be open for all the children to enjoy, and on the last day medals will be presented to all children that have attended the full duration of the camp. Please see a video montage, and  photographs below of our 2025 camps.

We have been funded by Heart of England to deliver a full year of vulnerable adult sessions to local residents living in the Rubery,  Frankley and Great Park areas of Birmingham. 

The sessions started on Thursday May 1st at Deelands Hall, Rubery where we are already running very successful kids classes.

Police and Crime Commissioner for the West Midlands, Simon Foster attended our boxing course for children going through the challenges of adolescence on Friday 12th December 2025.

As part of the "My Tomorrow" campaign from the West Midlands Violence Reduction Partnership, the course included a workshop presentation on the dangers of getting involved in drugs, gangs and knife crime.

This project was fully funded by the "Heart of England Community Foundation".

John Cotton, the leader of Birmingham City Council paid a visit to our vulnerable adults boxing class at Deelands Hall on Thursday June 19th. 

We are tremendously proud to be enhancing the lives of people who need it the most living in our community.

We were delighted to receive funding from Sport England to run women only boxing classes in Rubery and Bartley Green. These sessions have been oversubscribed proving that there isn't enough safe spaces for females to attend to improve their overall mental and physical health.
